Human Resources Officer at NIPCO Gas Limited

NIPCO Gas Limited is a fast growing petroleum gas company positioned to take on expanding roles in the unfolding present realities in the downstream gas sub sector of the Nigerian Economy.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Officer 

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• HND / BSc in the relevant field
• Must be certified of the Chartered Institute of Personal Management
• Must have at least 5yrs experience of HR Management in an industrial environment
• Must have experience in the management of a large workforce of 500 workers and above
• Must have an experience in massive recruitment
• Must be well versed in Nigeria Labour Law and all other applicable rules and directives
• Must have experience in conflict resolution, grievance procedure
• Must know the standard HS&E guidelines.
