Job Title: Human Resources Officer

Location: Agbara, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• Responsible for providing support in various human resources functions, which includes recruitment, training and development, performance monitoring, implementing HR policies, procedures and the overall HR strategy.

Qualifications and Experience

• HND / BSc in Social Science, Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar role 
• In-depth knowledge of labor law, HR functions and best practices.
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
• Excellent Strong ethics and reliability
• People-oriented and results-driven
• Candidate must Live within Agbare or Its environs
• Gender: Male For Gender Balance
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication, active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

Salary Range
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
