Smart Partners Consulting Limited - Our client in the financial services sector, urgently need an highly experienced and qualified professional to head, its ICT section in the below position:


Job Title: Head, ICT

Location: Lagos

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, Analyze, Implement, Test and Deploy all approved projects within the agreed time frame
• Resolve all Sybase software issues and update as appropriate Send the mandatory XML reports using relevant formats.
• Design systems quality assurance policy and review any legal security or audit considerations of the systems
• Speed of Service Delivery
• Speed of Information Delivery
• User Specification Index
• Application Development Cycle
• User Satisfaction Level
• Oversee the effective maintenance and security of the ICT equipment assets in the Company
• Develop operational goals, objectives and policies for the department and ensure that the department functions properly to enhance the systematic achievement of goals
• Develop, maintain and periodically update the departments SOP and other critical documents
• Manage software development efforts and oversee the planning, acquisition and installation of ICT equipment
• Ensure accurate quarterly statements are generated and dispatched to clients on time
• Management of Company websites and web related projects.

Educational Qualification

• B.Sc in Computer Science or related disciplines

Professional Qualification:

• Relevant Certifications

Cognate Experience

• 10 years post qualification experience with minimum 8 years’ experience in the financial Services industry and 4 years must be at top managerial level

• Good managerial, leadership and administrative abilities
• Intelligent, Creative and individual initiative
• Networking and Computer Communications - CCNA
• Office Automation Software: Word processors, Spread sheets etc.
• Programming Languages ( Microsoft.net, PHB)

• Knowledge and appreciation of current developments in ICT
• Operating systems (Windows)
• Database management software: Sybase, Microsoft SQL server, MS Access
