• At MSC Nigeria, we are looking for an Internal Sales Support to join our Port Harcourt Office.

Responsibilities

• Generate and prepare monthly statistics for both Import and export and ensure timely, accurate distribution to Head office Geneva
• Generate Statistical Base Exim report and ensure timely and accurate distribution to Head office Geneva.
• Analyze and deliver Far East requirements reports to Head office Geneva.
• Delivers comprehensive Market statistics report for both Import and export, comparing volume and Market share of competitors to Head office Geneva.
• Gather market information and generate monthly market intelligence reports every 1st of the month.
• Generate accurate NCD waiver requests
• Coordinate marketing actions with Regional & Head Office Marketing teams
• Timely produce complete sales visit planning and timely share it with Admin officer and Management for purpose of car hire booking and recording, every Friday before 15h
• Respond to all work-related emails promptly
• Input, analyze and distribute Export Market Commodity report statistics on a monthly basis to Head office Geneva.
• Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
• Generate and analyze Top Customer/Top Port /Top Commodity Report for both Import and Export monthly for Internal use.
• Generate and send Cyclone reports weekly
• Take up any ad-hoc assignments.

Qualifications

• Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or its equivalent in Marketing, Transportation, Shipping, Logistics, Maritime Studies or any related discipline
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• No previous experience is required at entry level, but the job holder must be capable of learning fast on the job after the initial job orientation.
