We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Specialist

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• The IT Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, supporting end-users, implementing systems improvements, and ensuring data security across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and maintain IT systems, networks, hardware, and software.
• Install, configure, and update hardware and software as required.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth IT operations.
• Research and recommend innovative technology solutions to improve business processes.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues for staff.
• Ensure system security through access controls and antivirus software.

Qualifications & Skills& Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience as an IT Specialist.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and cloud-based solutions.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications such as CompTIA and others, are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and enterprise software tools.
