We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Support Officer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• To provide support for all IT infrastructure hardware & applications as well as configuration, upgrades and maintenance
• To test and implement software patches for all applications, including third party applications
• To maintain comprehensive and updated documentation of all ICT systems and assets infrastructure in use by the Group
• Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
• Respond to and resolve help desk routine tickets

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Computer Science / Engineering
• Added advantage of Certification in Microsoft, Networking, cloud computing and security systems.

Experience:

• 3 - 5 years’ post-qualification experience
• Experience with complex databases

Technical Competencies:

• Ability to maintain, troubleshoot, and administer the use of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), mainframe networks, computer workstations, connections to the Internet and peripheral equipment
• Repairing equipment and replacing parts, checking computer equipment for electrical safety
• Identifies ways to constantly improve operational efficiency.
• Ability to learn new skills quickly.
• Maintains up to date knowledge of recent trends within the IT profession
• Ability to evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, operating system software and software applications

Computer Literacy:

• Windows 2003 till the latest version
• Vista Networks
• Microsoft operating systems and software
• HTML, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, etc.
• In-depth technical knowledge of PC hardware
• Active Directories
• TCP/IP and Linux servers
