Kofo Agro Allied is an agricultural based company looking to integrate farming with processing of raw agricultural produce. We are looking to employ a young and vibrant individual to fill the position of: Job Title: Head of Farm Operations Location: Oyo Job Summary

  • In preparation for the planting season about to commence, we are looking to hire an individual to oversee daily farm operations.
Job Descriptions
  • Ideal candidate should be able to prepare an operational plan to cover the cultivation of plantain, cassava, vegetables.
  • Candidate should possess the drive and initiative to offer solutions to day to day challenges encountered during farm operations.
  • Candidate should be forward thinking and be able to delegate responsibility to meet daily /weekly /monthly targets.
Requirements
  • Ideal candidate must have at least 2 years experience working as an operations head in a farm not less than 200 acres in size.
  • A male candidate with minimum of OND & not more than 30 yrs of age, as of the date of publication is preferable .
