We are recruiting to fill the position of: Job Title: Intake Coordinator- (Foreign Trained Physician or Nurse) Location: Lagos, Nigeria Job Description

• Evaluating referrals
• Completing referral assessments
• Verify that documentation is completed appropriately. If not, communicate with the  Primary Care Physician. Verify physician will sign all documentation and document in the summary section of Referral Assessment
• Data entry into system
• Communicate with Marketing Liaison to confirm/deny admission of clients
• Able to make judgement calls on patient care

Requirements

• Medical School Graduate
• Ability to: multi-task in a busy clinical environment; handle a vast amount & variety of responsibilities; improvise and adapt; work in a team; follow directions and implement feedback to improve job performance
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Leadership capability
• Tech savvy  and Must own home computer
• Experience with EMR system
• Medical writing; Developing educational material; Literature searches; Continuing Medical Education; Community outreach; Public Relations
• Desire to provide the utmost in patient-centered care
• Superb verbal & written communication skills
