Y.O Nominees is a limited liability company that advises on matters relating to business establishment in Nigeria and undertakes the incorporation of companies at the Corporate Affairs Commission ( CAC). Y.O Nominees also assists existing companies by advising based on changes in company structure, government regulations and compliance with statutory obligations required by law. In addition we advise companies with foreign equity participation in their capital structure in obtaining foreign investment approvals from the relevant authorities. We are recruiting to fill the position below:       Job Title: Legal Consultant Location: Lagos Candidate Profile Applicants are required to possess the following requirements:

• Legal consultancy experience
• Smart, innovative and dynamic
• Well aware of the commercial environment and the regulatory regime in Nigeria
• An LL.B with a Second Class Upper or Second Class lower
• ICSAN/LL.M will be an added advantage
• 8 - 10 years’ experience working in an organisation where company secretarial, corporate governance, legal compliance and legal advisory duties were the main duties.
