The Hospital was founded on the basis of total quality management in eye care delivery services, and has been providing excellent eye care services delivery to Nigerians and Foreigners alike since its inception over twenty years ago.

Ladkem Eye Hospital is recruiting to fill the position below:


Job Title: Marketing Officer/Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions/Specification
The preferred candidate should:

• Be able to act as a Front Desk Officer
• Increase customers’ base
• Ready for road work to meet customers and organizations
• Have the ability and skills to ensure at least 15% annual growth rate of the hospital’s customer base
• Have the ability and skills to ensure that Ladkem Eye Hospital get affiliated with more Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs)
• Have the ability and skills to ensure that more hospitals under the NHIS scheme refer patients to Ladkem Eye Hospital.
• Promote good corporate image of the organization
• Be team player
• Have people skills
• Be friendly
• Be task and result oriented

Job Requirements

• Must possess a minimum of B.Sc /HND in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• Must be at least an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Administration (CIA) or National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN)
• Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and Marketing Software.
