Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • A Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
  • The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary.
  • Customer feedback is priceless, and these CSR's can gather that for you. Problem-solving also comes naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints.
  • The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Customer Service Responsibilities list:

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements

  • Secondary school degree with 0 - 2 years work experience.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Salary
N40,000 - N60,000 monthly.

Job Title: Management Trainee

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking for a management trainee to help us develop and implement our growth strategies. This position is best suited for candidates who want to gain valuable experience in a managerial role with advancement potential.
  • During your traineeship, you’ll learn how to identify and apply important strategies and business processes. You’ll get to know the nuts and bolts of our company’s functions and operations and you’ll support our management team with daily tasks such as allocating budget and crafting performance reports.
  • To succeed in this role, strong analytical skills and effective communication are important management trainee qualifications you should have.

Responsibilities

  • Help managers complete daily tasks (e.g. implementing new policies)
  • Understand each department’s (e.g. Marketing, Sales) daily processes and goals
  • Provide administrative support (e.g. data entry)
  • Get familiar with personnel duties
  • Participate in company’s strategic planning
  • Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g. writing reports, analyzing data)
  • Keep track of business revenue.
  • Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk
  • Create and give presentations.

Requirements

  • A degree in Management or Business with 0 - 4 years work experience.
  • Experience in management or similar/relevant field (e.g. Sales, Customer Services, etc.)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong verbal and written presentation skills
  • Excellent math and computational ability
  • Effective communication skills.

Salary
N50,000 - N70,000 monthly.
