ES Africa is recruiting for a producer of Fast Moving Consumer Goods located in Lagos Nigeria: In operations for several years and specializes in the production of baby and paper products.

JOB TITLE: Sales Manager
JOB SUMMARY

• Responsible for the sale and distribution of products across various channels
• Develop sales strategy and lead development of nationwide distributor network
• Liaise with production and supply chain functions to ensure product availability to meet sales targets
• Set sales target for sales employee and monitor sales performance
• Liaise with finance department to monitor receivables and collections from customers
• Develop and execute product marketing initiatives
• Hire and train sales staff

REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ years experience in sales, successful product deployment for a small brand is a plus
• Track record of exceptional sales performance for diaper/paper products
• Excellent problem solving and critical analysis skills
• Bachelors degree in marketing or related field from recognized university
• Strong network of potential customer/client for product
• Background with field sales , distributor development and sales strategy development
• Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint


JOB TITLE: Supply Chain Manager
JOB SUMMARY
• Responsible for all supply chain management functions for the business
• Lead demand planning and raw material order management for all key products
• Produce long term supply and inventory plans
• Monitor product quality on delivery and resolve quality issues as required
• Track product flows and design improvement for existing processes
• Hire and train supply chain staff

REQUIREMENTS:
• 3 - 5 years experience of supply chain management
• Experience with demand planning or coordination function in FMCG
• Excellent problem solving and critical analysis skills
• Bachelors degree in relevant field and supply chain/procurement certification or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in logistics and procurement
• Previous experience handling multiple international suppliers will be an advantage
• Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint
