Job Description

• Now, we’re looking for a Junior Brand Analyst who’s ready to step into the arena. Not someone looking to check boxes. But someone curious, sharp, and relentless about brand thinking. Someone who sees branding as more than design and messaging. It’s how a company earns trust, creates meaning, and makes a dent.

Key Responsibilities

• Help us craft and execute brand strategies that resonate and inspire.
• Dive deep into market research and competitive analysis to strengthen our position.
• Turn performance data into stories, insights, and clear direction.
• Take part in brand audits, listen to our users, and bring back what you hear.
• Roll up your sleeves during brand activations, product launches, and internal events.
• Keep our brand systems organized, current, and sharp.
• Support the creation of content that lives across decks, internal comms, and social media.
• Work hand-in-hand with designers, digital minds, and agency partners to ensure brand consistency across every touchpoint.

Qualification
Educationa: 

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in branding, marketing, communications, or business analysis.
• Excellent research, writing, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in PowerPoint/Keynote, Excel, and maybe even Google Analytics or Meta Ads.
• Bonus points if you dabble in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Spark.
