Job Title: Product Support Analyst - Retail

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking for a Product Support Analyst to join our Retail Team on our journey to ensure continuous delivery of amazing experiences, by Collaborating with cross-functional internal teams to understand and build operational processes that help to resolve complex issues and improve the customer experience.
  • Communicating modifications to the existing products/new product offerings and innovation.
  • Troubleshooting account issues, escalating issues to cross-functional teams when necessary.
  • Being curious enough to spend an afternoon tracking down the right answer.
  • Maintaining product lifecycle changes through accurate documentation.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • We will rely on you to make sure the two-way feedback loop between Technology and Business teams is effective and that the product teams use customer insights during the product development process. 

Your Mission:

  • Be an individual contributor and an expert in all our efforts towards the retailers’ experience - Demand and Supply
  • Inform and deliver new strategies and tactics to improve users' experience with Product Support.
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineers and Product Managers, to advocate key areas for improvements for high-impact issues.
  • Proactively find areas for improvement, be innovative in seeking the best solution, and execute in a timely and considered manner
  • Continuously identify opportunities for simplicity and scalability.
  • Develop and implement a continuous improvement methodology that will identify critical areas for improvement, identify optimal solutions, and implement improvement initiatives within the organization.
  • Provide data-driven insights and feedback to enhance internal customer experiences.
  • Liaise between business and product teams to get answers to escalated and tricky questions
  • Track issues/bugs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or relevant field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience executing operational improvements in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good stakeholder management skills are highly required.
  • Service-oriented focus and ability to work as part of a fast-paced, high-performance team.
  • Strong work ethic, self-starter, ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Self-motivated and goal-driven to run with individual projects to meet business needs
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and meet demanding deadlines.

Job Description

  • The position is responsible for the overall operations of the operational units in a region.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Monitors and evaluates the performance of the operations staff for the region.
  • Responsible for managing up to 5 distribution hub revenue and fully responsible for end-to-end management.
  • Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation, and customer services.
  • Set up and manage distributor and supplier relationships for the region.
  • Optimize and manage operations to meet operational working capital cycle targets.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety and security requirements and undertaking risk assessments.

Job Title: Distributor Account Manager

Locations: Badagary, Oribanwa, Alimosho - Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt - Rivers, Benin - Edo,  and Kano

Job Description

  • The Distributor Account Manager will be responsible for development of key strategic industrial distributors, expand existing distribution accounts within the company.
  • He / She will be responsible for building and maintaining direct relationships with distributors and teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Stock supervision, planning and replenishment.
  • Stays current on competitor distributors activities in the region, reports information and recommendations internally as required.
  • Daily invoicing and reporting.
  • Manage warehouse and fleet teams.
  • Build and maintain relationship with distributors and foster new partnerships in order to continue to grow the business throughout the region of responsibility.
  • Driver reconciliation, cash management & bank deposits.
  • Responds and resolves distributor questions and concerns in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc. qualification in a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).

Duties and Responsibilities
Your Impact:

  • Manage the digital products that will drive stability and enhance our supply capabilities as we grow as an organization. The ideal candidate will be integral to driving the performance of OTIF (On Time & In Full) and Logistics KPIs.
  • Within your first six months at Omnibiz, you will; Deliver against several tactical warehousing improvement capabilities to ensure we are maximizing the effectiveness of the warehouse processes.
  • Shape, discover, and frame the future of the supply domain as we expand to other cities over 2021
  • Work cross-functionally & closely with our operations, supply, distribution, logistics, partners, and leadership teams to unlock huge value in our supply chain.
  • Work in an agile environment where you will collaborate with a squad of highly skilled tech teams to ideate, prototype, iterate and ensure a deep understanding and prioritizing of customer needs, business efficiencies, and commercial outcomes.
  • Act as a Product Owner, maintaining the product backlog, create feature descriptions to provide guidance to Engineering & Data, alongside facilitating refinement and planning sessions.
  • Advocate for our supply team, understand the problems faced, and proffer solutions where necessary.
  • Ensure post-launch communications are targeted to the right end-users and contain key messages which are easily understood.

Qualifications

  • BSc/Tech/BA in Business/Computer Science/Information Systems/Supply Chain and Logistics.
  • 2+ years experience in Product Management, particularly in B2B and Operations/Supply Chain.
  • Structural thinking, the ability to zoom in and out on projects to challenge solutions on multiple levels.
  • Experience in developing products alongside moving parts.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Agile product management experience.
  • Have a customer-centric approach to problems whilst maintaining a sharp focus on commercial metrics.
