Job Title: Beauty Therapist

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Use waxing and electrolysis to remove facial and body hair
• Provide manicures and pedicures
• Give various types of facial and body massages, including hot stone and reflexology
• Conduct skin analysis (face and body)
• Manage appointments
• Warmly welcome customers upon their arrival
• Update client records with contact details and treatments received
• Provide advice on makeup products and techniques based on each client’s needs
• Cross-sell beauty products and additional treatments, when appropriate
• Ensure all areas are clean and equipment is sterilized before use.

Qualification

Job Title: Pedicurist

• Polish nails, using powdered polish and buffer.
• Remove previously applied nail polish, using liquid remover and swabs.
• Roughen surfaces of fingernails, using abrasive wheel.
• Shape and smooth ends of nails, using scissors, files, and emery boards.

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 2 - 5 years work experience.

Job Title: Nail Technician

Job Description

• The nail technician’s responsibilities include welcoming and greeting clients, ordering new nail supplies as needed, and answering clients’ nail-related questions. You should also be able to build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat nail appointments.
• To be successful as a nail technician, you should maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation at all times. Ultimately, an outstanding nail technician should be able to keep abreast of the latest nail products, trends, and techniques to ensure that clients are satisfied with the services provided.

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality manicures and pedicures, which includes removing old nail polish from fingernails and toenails, cleaning nails, shaping the ends of nails, pushing back cuticles, and applying new polish based on clients’ preferences.
• Applying artificial nails.
• Recommending various nail designs and nail art to clients.
• Evaluating the condition of clients’ nails and advising them on proper nail care and suitable nail care treatments.
• Sanitizing all nail instruments and equipment before each use.

Qualification

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification.
