Job Title: Confidential Secretary
Location: Nigeria
Duties and Responsibilities
- Draft, Transcribe and distribute mails and correspondence.
- Create and maintain calendar of appointment schedules, events, meetings etc.
- Perform general secretarial duties.
- Handle Telephone calls appropriately.
- Attend to daily correspondences.
- Maintain filing system both manually and electronically.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned to him from time to time.
Qualification and Experience
- Possess HND/B.Sc (at least Upper Credit or 2.1 respectively) in Secretarial Studies.
- Master's Degree will be an added advantage.
- Well organized and pay attention to details.
- Must be able to write and transcribe shorthand.
- Preferably a male.
- Should have at least 5-7 years working experience.
- Proficiency in Computer and Multimedia application.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Ability to work under pressure with utmost discretion.
- Ability to work without supervision.
Job Title: Executive Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing the administrative functions of the Chairman's office.
- Planning, organising and managing the Chairman's event and meetings.
- Attending high level meetings on behalf of/with the Chairman.
- Attending to Chairman's visitors, calls and other correspondence.
- Liaising with the public and staff on behalf of the Chairman.

Job Title: Accountant

Job Descriptions
- Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role is responsible
for supervision of the accounting functions according to generally
accepted accounting principles, established procedures, departmental
guidelines and regulatory requirements applicable to the unit
organization.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Day to day management of the financial and management accounting processes including payroll.
- Implement approved accounting processes, systems and controls for products and services.
- Plan, organize and implement accounting operations and
objectives; coordinate and integrate all activities towards achievement
of established goals and objectives.
- Plan, manage, coordinate, and implement the year end closing
processes and procedures for the assigned accounting records. Liaise
with the company's auditors.
Qualification and Experience
- A first Degree in Accounting from a reputable University
- Master's Degree will be an advantage
- Professional Accounting qualification and membership of a recognized professional body
- Minimum post qualification cognate experience of Five (5) years working experience.

Job Title: Senior Property Manager
Location: Nigeria
Job Descriptions
- Reporting to General Manager (Property) and interfacing with all
Departmental Heads and the Company public, both internal and external,
- The Property Manager is responsible to the General Manager
(Property) for all aspects of property management functions of the
company in line with the Group's policies.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Daily update of tenancy schedule which includes vital details of
rent payment, tenancy period, place of tenant's employment, terms of
payment and tenancy status.
- Writing of rent reminders, rent renewal letters, rent review letters and quit notices and serving of same.
- Creating a conducive interface between tenants and the landlord
(listening to tenant's complaints while ensuring the fulfillment of the
landlord's contractual obligations).
- Supervision of repair works undertaken by team (structural, electrical and services repairs inclusive).
- Identification and evaluation of lettable/marketable landed properties.
- Site acquisition and feasibility study of suitability of land parcels for specific project development.
- Reviews, renewals and termination of leases.
- Property and facility management.
- Periodic routine management and inspection of property components in relation to uses as specified in tenancy agreements.

Qualification and Experience
- A good first degree in Estate Management.
- Membership of the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIEVS) is obligatory.
- An LLB, BL or a Master's Degree in Business, Project or Facility Management will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years experience, 3 years of which must be at
Senior Management level in a cognate professional firm or property
management establishment.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationship with
clients, government officials, private industry officials and
professionals.
- Highly articulate and numerate.
- High level proficiency in ICT.
