Job Title: Business Development / Marketing Officer

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• To work as a Business Development / Marketing Officer, making sure he/she identifies and successfully win new businesses for the organization.

Qualifications / Experience and Key Requirement

• B.Sc. / HND in Marketing or any related field from a recognized tertiary institution.
• Proven experience as a marketing officer.
• Evidence of working within a target – driven environment.
• Good understanding of health insurance or healthcare financing.
• Minimum of 2 years post NYSC experience in related role.
• Very Strong Customer Service Skills.
• Articulate, smart and willingness to work.
• Knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to Work under Pressure and think out of the box.

Job Title: Assistant Branch Manager (HMO)

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Field: Medical / Healthcare

Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for general administration
• Oversee healthcare provider network development and management
• Oversee care coordination, provider relations, claims administration, and wellness programs
• Oversee member services activities and client relationship management
• Coordinate marketing of health plans to private and public organizations.

Requirements

• Qualification BSc / HND / MSc
• Possession of an MBA will be an advantage
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience, 2 of which must preferably be with an accredited Health Maintenance Organization (HMO)
