Job Title: People Excellence Lead

Location: Ibadan, Oyo (Role may require some domestic travel)
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs that are aligned with the organization's objectives
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
  • Working closely with various leaders across the organization and having a full understanding of their units and training requirements
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
  • Oversee the Learning and Development officers.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / B.A in Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Learning & Development Manager
  • A Master’s Degree is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of effective learning and development methods
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Sharp Business acumen
  • Professional Certification(e.g CIPD or CITP) is a plus.

Salary
NGN100,000 - NGN150,000 / month.

Job Title: Junior Accountant

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are looking to hire a Junior Accountant. This is a role where you will report directly to the Internal Accounting Analyst.
  • In this capacity, you will be responsible for providing the financial results of the company.

Further Responsibilities

  • Bookkeep, prepare and record journal entries.
  • Track income and expenses, and be able to prepare detailed revenue and expense reports when necessary.
  • Complete monthly bank and revenue account reconciliations.
  • Interface with managers and executives concerning questions and issues.
  • Support external audit requirements related to specific areas of responsibility.
  • Daily reconciliation of accounts.
  • Assist with monthly end Reconciliation of accounts (Purchases, sales, inventory, expenses, transfers, payments, deposits).
  • Work to continuously improve accounting/finance procedures and internal controls.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from an accredited university
  • 1 year+ of working for a consumer finance company, Microfinance Company, or a bank.
  • Great attention to detail
  • Excellent written and face interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Commitment to achieving performance goals.
  • Familiarity and experience using accounting technology programs.
  • Familiarity with tax accounting for finance companies in Nigeria, highly required.
  • Great at time management, multitasking, and prioritizations skills.
  • Location: Headquarters: Oyo Town/Ogbomosho & Ibadan – Role may require some domestic travel

Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 / month.

Job Title: Freelance Sales Agent

Location: Ilorin, Kwara
Employment Type: Part-time

Job Description

  • The primary focus of this position is to generate revenue, drive channel penetration and improve brand visibility for the Company through freelance agents given set target who works within a self-paced timing and work condition.
  • Identifying ideal prospects for Altara by having in-depth knowledge of the products, and doing a ‘prospects analysis’ on each one.
  • Reaching out to ideal prospects via marketing campaigns and ensure compliance to all sale processes.
  • Collecting and analyzing feedback from prospects and customers.
  • Converting prospects to paying customers via one-on-one convictions and adequate follow-up.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing customers so as to get referrals and repeat purchases as well as ensuring timely response to all customer enquiry and queries.
  • Achieving the assigned target in terms of sales.
  • Other tasks assigned by the Captain.
  • Freelance sales agent reports directly to Freelance Sales captain.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE with at least one year work experience
  • Experienced in sales or business development (either full time, parti-time or remotely)
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Good customer service and Interpersonal skill
  • Ability to multitask and computer literacy, good administrative, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Numeracy and analytical ability
