Job Title: HR Temp Contract Work

Details

  • We require the services of a dedicated Temp HR officer for a period of 3 months to handle a Special project.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
    A minimum of 3 years focused HR experience in recruitment and outplacement.
  • Ability to set up and organize all requirements for online and offsite projects.
  • Ability to connect with the individuals, teams and executives.
  • Ability to work remotely with regional teams and create effective tools for project implementation.
  • Basic understanding of thelaws and regulations that guides outplacement.
  • Applicant must reside on the mainland and must be Tech-Savvy.
  • Good oral and written Communication for effective project reporting.

Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer

Qualification Requirements

  • B.Eng. in engineering (preferably mechanical or electrical) background with a minimum of 2:1 / Upper Credit with less than 3 years relevant experience.
  • Must be a male and resident in Festac and its environs
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is an added advantage.
  • Must be hardworking and committed with an execution mindset

Job Competency Requirement:

  • Prospect for new opportunities and attend exhibitions related to the company’s field of work in order to meet potential customers, report on new products or services in the market, to network and market the company’s name and image as part of increasing sales plan.
  • Preparing and delivering technical presentations explaining products and services to customers and prospective customers. Prepare sales offers, provide sales support quotations and coordinate delivery and installation.
  • Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements based on customers’ requirements and product specification.
  • Provide technical support to customer’s staff (sales, operations, planning, and marketing) and customers by providing technical information and training on solar and micro-inverter products.
  • Ability to Follow up with customers, offer proper prices to customers and get SLA contract signed, sign maintenance agreement and meet monthly sales/projects targets.

Job Title: Financial Controller (Oil & Gas)

Location: Island, Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Financial Controller will be responsible for all aspects of the company's accounting/financial management.

Job Competency

  • Ability to oversee preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, and annual budgets.
  • Ability to oversee the production of periodic financial reports; ensure that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting practices/financial reporting standards/industry standards.
  • Ability to develop plan for financial growth, evaluate and manage risk
  • Ability to establish internal control and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation.
  • Ability to manage the company’s fixed Asset and Inventory Accounting, Financial Accounting and Reporting, Statutory Schedules, Monthly Accruals and Prepayment, etc.
  • Ability to coordinate tax planning throughout the fiscal year; files annual corporate tax return.
  • Ability to audits accounts to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations; coordinates with outside auditors and provides needed information for the annual external audit.
  • Ability to presents recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial objectives and policies
  • Ability to ensure compliance with local, state and federal governments requirements.

Qualification and Experience

  • B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, Economics or relevant field, ICAN certification is essential with a minimum of five Years as a CFO
  • Oil and Gas Industry experience, Profound management, supervisory and organisational skills is recommended.
  • Proficient in accounting software (Sage) and Microsoft Office
