Job Title: Sales Import and Export Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • To lead implementation, reporting and reviewing of the strategic and operational sales plans to drive sales and revenue
  • Develop & implement the rudiments of a successful sales organisation starting with the structure through to key deliverables
  • Implement a “sales process” that can be deemed as the “OnePort” way, and can be replicated across all channels as we expand
  • Monitor and ensure the successful delivery of the commercial department’s sales figures (daily – annually)
  • Be a key player in the development of the ‘go to market’ sales strategy
  • Lead on delivering a best-in-class client experience that ensures customer retainership and a key driver of connecting our African clients to global trade
  • Develop from scratch, a top-level CRM process/ tool that can produce a “wow” factor in every of our dealings with clients.
  • Plan and implement the departmental annual calendar of activities including campaign activities, launches/promotions, fundraising initiatives, special events for the purpose of maximizing sales opportunities.

Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

  • Track the company’s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
  • Carry out a continuous financial risk assessment and seek out methods for minimising financial risk to the company
  • Research and analyse financial reports and market trends
  • Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making
  • Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
  • Initiate, facilitate budget preparation, implementation defense sessions
  • Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
  • Guide, collate approved unit budgets and contribute actively to the management of budget spends
  • Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes
  • Ensure effective management, maintenance, and upgrade of the general ledger as required
  • Ensure accurate generation of the trial balance and other profitability reports on a regular basis for relevant personnel
  • Monitor actual activity and performance levels against the approved budget and make recommendations to the unit head to ensure the budget objectives are achieved
  • Comply with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.

Job Title: Sales Associate

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Working on KPIs which includes new business generation, revenue and gross margin growth, volume growth, daily customer visit, sales activities reporting, CRM pipeline development and forecasting.
  • Ensure to generate high-value pipeline
  • Maximizing sales penetration with each customer by selling the complete range of services
  • Visit and interact with potential customers to understand their needs; with the input of other teams offer customized solution that meets the customers’ requirements
  • Plan customer visits ahead and perform a minimum of 15 quality sales interactions weekly, you will grow your own client pool using different channels – social media inclusive!
  • Keep your customer portfolio updated and expand our customer base with new ones.
  • Follow-up on sales to ensure deals are closed and payment made
  • Weekly report on sales forecast, sales activities and plans for coming week
  • Ensure timely response to customers and initiate corrective measures to issues arising. Be 100% focused on creating a best-in-class customer experience
  • Ensure prompt/ effective communication and ensure clear differentiation between internal correspondence and external correspondence
  • Build your network to gather competitive intelligence and keep you ahead of the market curve.
