Job Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and discreet Lead Accountant, Global Financial & Fiduciary Services, to join our elite team.
• This hybrid role is the bridge between our global trade operations and our bespoke concierge consulting services, focusing heavily on financial stewardship, international compliance, and premium client advisory.
• The successful candidate will manage all corporate financial and accounting activities while acting as the primary financial fiduciary for a select portfolio of clients, ensuring their cross-border financial and statutory needs are met with precision and absolute discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all internal financial operations, including P&L, forecasting, and cash flow under IFRS standards.
• Develop and implement robust internal financial controls, processes, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the trusted financial advisor for the company, managing complex transactions.
• Provide expert guidance on the financial implications of international trade deals and logistics structures.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professional integrity in handling sensitive client transactions.
• Lead the preparation and audit of consolidated financial statements for multi-jurisdictional entities.
• Ensure strict adherence to international tax compliance (e.g., FATCA, CRS) and manage regulatory relationships.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in international corporate finance or a similar fiduciary environment.
• Demonstrable knowledge of cross-border taxation and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to exercise Absolute Fiduciary Discretion in all client and company matters.
• Exceptional skills in Impeccable Client Trust-Building and communication.
• Track record of success in Complex Problem Synthesis under pressure. 
• CPA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent professional designation is mandatory.
• Proven expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Expertise with advanced ERP systems and financial modeling.
