Job Title: Lead Process Engineer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role as a Lead Process Engineer at Westpaq International. 
• The Lead Process Engineer will be responsible for process design, control, analysis, engineering, and chemical engineering tasks. 
• The role is located in Lagos, Nigeria, with remote work from home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Process Design and Process Engineering skills
• Analytical Skills
• University degree or higher in a relevant specialty and significant experience as a Process Specialist or Engineer.
• Knowledge of RoK and international codes, regulations, and process and plant design standards.
• Experience in offshore oil and gas upstream facilities.
• Knowledge of Process Control
• Background in Chemical Engineering
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with the latest developments and best practices in process design.
• Experience in process engineering for FPSOs
• Understanding of process safety for FPSOs and offshore production platforms
• Skills in design, follow-on engineering, and closeout.
• Proficiency in process and hydraulic simulation.
