Job Description

• Ashipa Electric is committed to advancing renewable energy and storage-based distributed generation to accelerate electrification and to provide sustainable energy solutions in under-served areas such as rural and peri-urban communities.
• We seek a dynamic and results-driven Lead Project Manager to spearhead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of high-impact renewable energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex renewable energy projects from initiation to completion.
• Engage with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and compliance with industry standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and oversee project budgets, timelines, and risk management strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
• Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment.
