Job Description
- The Learning and Development Specialist at Vitalvida will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff.
- You will manage our internal Learning Management System (LMS), create video-based training materials, and lead the onboarding of new hires.
- This role will collaborate closely with department heads to ensure all learning initiatives align with company goals, continuously improving training effectiveness through feedback and data analysis.
- You will play a pivotal role in shaping a culture of growth and continuous learning at Vitalvida. Accommodation is available for all candidate, Candidate should be willing to relocate.
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive learning curriculum tailored to different roles at Vitalvida.
- Record, edit, and manage video-based training content for our internal Learning Management System (LMS).
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure that all training materials are aligned with company goals and values.
- Continuously review and update training materials to reflect current trends and best practices.
- Lead the onboarding training program for new hires, ensuring they are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills required for their roles.
- Coordinate with HR to track training completion and analyze learning data to suggest improvements.
- Create assessments and exams based on training content to evaluate staff understanding and learning progress.
- Implement and manage the LMS, ensuring staff have seamless access to training materials and progress tracking.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in learning and development, instructional design, or e-learning content creation.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and a passion for employee growth and development.
- Experience with eCommerce or call center training.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Familiarity with tracking and measuring training effectiveness.
- Proficient in video creation/editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop engaging and interactive training materials.
