We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Lease Officer
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Objective / Summary

• To source for and open new accounts, disburse and manage loans and ensure full repayment as at when due.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Pursue the sourcing of new accounts and clients
• Conducts pre-loan training, guarantor’s verification and carries out loan disbursement and lease facilities
• Manage and follow up on loan and investment in finance lease to ensure prompt and due repayment, and prevent default
• Manage defaults where they occur
• Strive to meet other customer needs and requests, with organisational policies
• Ensure good client relationship (i.e. Know Your Customer)
• Meet Monthly performance Target (i.e. Disbursement, clients, etc)
• Conduct client verification and visitation
• Open new accounts for clients
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by the Branch Manager

Key Performance Indicators:

• Volume of new accounts relative to target
• Volume of loan portfolio relative to target
• Loan quality in respect of Portfolio at Risk (PAR)
• Client satisfaction rating
• Customer retention rate

Reporting Relationship:

• Reports to: Branch Manager

Relationship With Stakeholders:

• Internal: Data Entry Staff
• External: Clients, prospective clients and internal auditor

Qualification and Experience

• Candidates should possess HND, NCE or OND qualification
• Must have 1-3 years work experience.

Knowledge:

• Excellent Knowledge of products and services
• Knowledge of operating environment
• Basic computer literacy
• Knowledge of business feasibility and appraisal

Salary
N62,301,00 - N69,415.00  / Month.
