Horizontal Tempering Glass (HTG) is a company with a production plant in Ikorodu, Lagos, thatmanufactures architectural and decorative glass. The company is a Nigerian and West African certified glass processing plant that produces various types of processed glass, such as tempered and laminated glass, and is equipped with modern machinery.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Ikorodu.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating production machines and ensuring smooth daily operations in a factory environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines according to set procedures
• Set up machines for daily production and adjust settings when required
• Maintain quality standards by inspecting finished products
• Follow safety rules and company policies at all times
• Keep accurate records of production activities and machine performance.
• Ensure machines are running efficiently to meet production targets
• Carry out routine checks and basic maintenance on machines
• Identify faults and report breakdowns promptly to the maintenance team

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or other related courses
• 2–3 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing setup
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Willingness to work shifts if required.
• Good understanding of machine operations and production processes
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision

Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 monthly.
