Job Title: Maintenance Planning Supervisor

Location: Rivers
Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Objectives

• To plan and schedule maintenance activities, ensuring optimal infrastructure availability in residential and commercial areas.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and manage maintenance schedules for residential/commercial facilities.
• Plan and oversee maintenance work and outsourced services. Optimize inventory, balance workload, and ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Enhance preventive maintenance strategies and develop policies.
• Coordinate risk management and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare maintenance reports and ensure performance meets ISO QMS and KPI standards.
• Visit job sites, clarify work orders, and communicate with requesters.
• Maintain business information and work order data.
• Prioritize requests, set completion dates, and address customer complaints.

Requirements

• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.·
• Basic maintenance knowledge
• 5-8 years relevant experience.
• B.Eng, Bsc. in Architecture, Engineering or any other Environment Faculty course.
• All Microsoft Programs; particularly NAV and Project.
• Familiarity with maintenance equipment and supplies procurement processes.
• Project management, Facility management, Design and analytical and Strategic & Business skills.
