Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager to oversee and drive operational, production, and planning activities.
• In this role, you will ensure efficient production processes, effective resource utilization, and compliance with industry regulations.
• You will be responsible for supervising factory operations, managing supply chain and logistics, and developing operational plans that align with the company’s strategic goals.
• Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a vital role in ensuring productivity, cost efficiency, and sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities
Operations & Production Management:

• Oversee day-to-day factory operations, ensuring timely production and delivery of products.
• Supervise and coordinate staff performance, enforcing discipline, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Monitor production schedules, raw material usage, and output targets to achieve efficiency.
• Ensure strict compliance with quality standards, hygiene requirements, and regulatory guidelines (NAFDAC, SON, and safety laws).

Planning & Resource Management:

• Develop and implement production plans that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with management to set and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor operational costs, reduce waste, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Forecast manpower, material, and equipment needs to support production goals.

Reporting & Compliance:

• Prepare and submit timely operational and production reports to management.
• Ensure staff compliance with workplace safety standards and company policies.
• Safeguard company assets by enforcing zero tolerance for stock loss, theft, or negligence.

Requirements and Qualifications

• HND in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Engineering, or related fields
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in operations, production, or factory management.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, supply chain, and quality control.

Salary
N100,000 monthly net.
