Job Title: Marine Operations Manager

Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Job type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day marine operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with company an regulatory standards.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to marine teams on-site and offshore.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and maritime regulations across all operations.
• Manage and coordinate all aspect of marine logistics and fleet planning.
• Supervise vessel movements, maintenance schedules and crew activities.

Qualifications and Certifications

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc. in Nautical Science or a related field
• Master Mariner Certificate
• STCW II/2 Certification

Experience:

• Minimum of 18 years in marine operations or related roles within the oil and gas or maritime industry.
