Job Summary

• We are seeking a commercially astute and performance-driven Marketing Associateto support brand growth, trade activation, and customer relationship management in a dynamic trading and distribution environment.
• The successful candidate will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, managing key accounts, and delivering market intelligence to drive competitive advantage and revenue growth.
• This role is ideal for professionals with 2–5 years of experiencewho are eager to scale their impact in a results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts, retail partners, and distributors.
• Execute trade marketing initiatives and support the rollout of promotional campaigns.
• Track and report sales performance, campaign outcomes, and product movement across channels.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets through lead generation and promotional alignment.
• Coordinate logistics for marketing events, retail activations, and merchandising across territories.
• Provide accurate and timely reports on field activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Conduct market and competitor research, generating insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize brand visibility and channel effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc./HND) in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 2 – 5 years (Mid-level) relevant experience in:
• FMCG, retail, or consumer goods
• Trade marketing or sales operations
• Supply chain, commercial, or customer-facing roles
• Proven understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and brand positioning.
