We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid- 4 days on site, 1 day Offsite)

Job Summary

• We are expanding our marketing team and seeking an experienced Marketing Executive who combines traditional relationship marketing with modern digital strategy to help scale our brand presence and client acquisition efforts.
• The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing both offline and digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate quality leads, and strengthen client engagement.
• The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in digital marketing, a strong understanding of insurance products, and the ability to design and execute content marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing & Business Development:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company’s insurance products and services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships, referrals, and client engagement.
• Prepare and submit proposals to prospective corporate clients.
• Represent the company at client meetings, presentations, and networking events.

Digital & Content Marketing:

• Design and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms.
• Analyze digital marketing performance metrics (engagement, conversion rates, impressions) and make data-driven recommendations.
• Manage the company’s online presence and coordinate content calendars to maintain brand consistency.
• Advise management on effective digital marketing strategies, advertising channels, and campaign budgets.
• Create and oversee the development of marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and blog content.

Branding & Communication:

• Support brand development and ensure alignment across all communication channels.
• Craft compelling content to educate clients about insurance benefits, products, and financial protection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of insurance and financial products is compulsory.
• Access to a laptop and reliable internet connection.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in market within the insurance industry.
• Proven understandingofdigital marketing (social media management, content creation, paid advertising).
• Working knowledge of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Mailchimp, or equivalent.
