We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Central Area, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Working with the executive team, such as managing director, to set the marketing strategy for the business.
• Managing the performance of a more junior marketing team that includes PR and creative staff.
• Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors.
• Overseeing marketing campaigns.
• Build brand awareness.
• Develop and execute a content strategy and calendar.
• Writing and delivering content and implementing Social Media Campaigns and monitoring execution.
• Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity.
• Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
• Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns using google analytics, Facebook insights and so on as well as reporting findings to the executive team.
• Writing and delivering content and social media plans.
• Looking after the budget of the marketing department and making sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment.
• Managing the design and production of promotional materials such as brochures.
• Engage current and target customers on key strategic initiatives
• Lead the delivery of strategic and tactical marketing plans to Sales team and external customer
• Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 3 - 8 years relevant work experience.
