Importers of Agricultural Equipment, Power Solution Equipment and Agriculture-related products suited to the Nigerian Agriculture Sector. We deal in premium LED lighting and power backup solutions for various types of requirements and technologies. These products are designed and manufactured to comply with the most stringent global quality standards.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Market Expansion & Revenue Growth:

• Percentage increase in sales from newly entered markets.
• Total income generated from sales activities.
• Number of new customer acquisitions.
• Market share growth percentage.
• Identify and penetrate new markets to increase the company's market share and drive revenue growth

Brand Development & Management:

• Brand awareness metrics (e.g., brand recognition, brand recall).
• Number of successful brand partnerships and collaborations
• Enhance the company's brand presence and reputation in the industry
• Brand sentiment score from social media monitoring and customer feedback.
• Customer satisfaction scores (e.g., Net Promoter Score).

Digital Marketing & Campaign Management:

• Website traffic (organic and paid).
• Social media engagement (likes, shares, comments)
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive traffic.
• Conversion rate (percentage of visitors who take a desired action).
• Number of leads generated through various channels.
• Click-through rates (CTR) and open rates for email campaigns.

Market Research & Analysis:

• Number of market research reports generated monthly or quarterly.
• Accuracy of market trend predictions.
• Competitor analysis and benchmarking results
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
• Implementation of strategies based on market insights.

Budget Management & ROI:

• Return on Investment (ROI) for each marketing campaign.
• Budget utilization efficiency.
• Optimize marketing spend to maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Cost per acquisition (CPA) and cost per lead (CPL).
• Variance analysis of actual vs. planned marketing expenditures.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Master's Degree with 7 - 10 years of work experience.

Salary
N500,000 - N800,000 Monthly.
