Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead their marketing efforts, build strong brand presence, and drive strategic campaigns that support sales and business growth.
• The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marketing principles, digital tools, and market trends, with a proven track record of executing successful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support sales objectives.
• Manage day-to-day marketing operations, including advertising, promotions, events, and digital marketing activities.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Analyze campaign performance, report KPIs, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Supervise and mentor the marketing team and external agencies when applicable.
• Oversee content creation, including brochures, email campaigns, blog posts, and social media assets.
• Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective execution and high ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields (MBA is a plus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, project management, and leadership abilities.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• 5+ years of experience in a marketing management or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, email marketing).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Familiarity with design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Industry-specific knowledge.
