Job Title: Marketing Officer

Description

• We are seeking vibrant and result-oriented individuals to join our team as Marketing Officers.
• The ideal candidates will be passionate about finance, sales, and customer engagement, with the drive to grow our client base and represent our brand professionally.
• The Marketing Officer will be responsible for client acquisition, relationship management, and promotion of the company’s investment products.
• They will drive brand awareness, manage marketing campaigns, and ensure customer satisfaction to achieve business growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Retention:

• Identify and onboard new clients for mutual funds, fixed income, and portfolio management services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Market Research & Feedback:

• Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to management.
• Suggest innovative ideas for product positioning.

Reporting & Compliance:

• Submit weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and company guidelines.

Sales & Marketing Execution:

• Develop and execute sales/marketing strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Represent the company at events, seminars, and client meetings.

Brand Awareness & Promotion:

• Market the company’s products via digital, physical, and referral channels.
• Support in creating marketing content, proposals, and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum of HND / BSc Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
• Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• 2–3 years’ proven experience in sales/marketing (financial services sector is an advantage).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
