Grandville Medical and Laser Clinic is an international based skin, body, health and beauty care hub, headquartered in Surulere, Lagos, Nigeria. Established June 1st 2013, we specialize in a range of body, skin care and health treatment of some which include but are not limited to abdominal fat removal, permanent tattoo removal, face lift, ear reconstruction, breast lump, and breast cancer treatment. This is a full Aesthetic Clinic with services involving both invasive and non invasive treatment. We also do full medical and surgical care with both in-patient and out-patient services. Emergency services are available with consultant review at point of entry. Our Invasive treatments involve the surgical care ranging from Plastic Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery and so on. The non invasive procedures are dermal filling, Botox injections for fine lines and wrinkles. We also do full laser treatments for skin tags, facial rejuvenation, permanent hair reduction, hair regrowth in alopecia. We focus on a safe world class procedure in order to achieve a vivacious state of health in our client at reasonable price.

Job Title: Medical Laboratory Scientist

Job Summary

  • MLS Will be involved in lab-based tasks such as sampling, testing and measuring in the field of medicine through study of samples obtained from the human body.
  • The outcomes of their research inform medical practice and procedure which can help to treat major diseases.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing the chemical reactions to determine concentrations of compounds such as blood glucose and cholesterol levels.
  • Identifying blood groups and cross matching blood for transfusions.
  • Monitoring the effects of medication by testing how a patient is responding to treatment.
  • Using microscopes, cell counters, and other sophisticated laboratory equipment.
  • Maintaining and updating professional knowledge and taking responsibility for continuing professional development (CPD).
  • Ensuring the service is provided in an accurate, efficient and cost-effective manner
  • Report any laboratory incidence to the management
  • Ensuring good maintenance of all medical equipment at all time
  • Be professional and be of good conduct
  • Taking charge and maintenance of the blood bank and covid Centre.
  • Relaying results to relevant medical staff, who use the information to diagnose and treat the patient’s illness.
  • Keeping accurate records and writing reports.
  • Assisting in the production and updating of laboratory documentation, particularly relating to policies and standard operating procedures.

 Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
