Description

• Do you excel in mechanical design and drafting?
• MAR&MOR is seeking a CAD Engineer to craft accurate and efficient mechanical designs for MEP projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed mechanical drawings for HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems.
• Collaborate with electrical, plumbing, and firefighting teams to integrate MEP layouts.
• Provide site support during construction and resolve on-site design issues.
• Use AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools for project designs.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure designs comply with standards (e.g., ASHRAE, SMACNA, local codes).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of MEPF systems (HVAC, piping, plumbing).
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• 7+ years of experience as a CAD Engineer in an MEP contracting environment.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and industry-standard tools.
