Denna Rossi Limited is a Fast Moving Consumer Goods company (FMCG) with registered head office in Port Harcourt, Nigeria The "IVANA" name is a registered Trade Mark in the category of all beverages containing fruit juices, drinks. Bottled water, flavored water and table wine are equally registered brands. Other products to be distributed by the company which are basically wines and cocktail drinks are Domkeller red and white wine, Ibiza cocktail (red and white), Adelisa Champagne and Celine Red Wine (Non-alcoholic).

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Microbiologist

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We have the need to fulfil the role of a microbiologist to undertake laboratory analysis and monitor microbial cultures, samples and new products through a specialized approach and a confined range of identification methods and clinical trials.

Responsibilities

• Plan, Test and analyze microbiological activities, quarantine management and market return
• Tracking environmental microorganism development to measure forecast
• Inspect products and manufacturing processes to check for possible contamination
• Ensure data is accurately marked in accordance to guidelines
• Observe high health and safety standards
• Collecting samples from variety of product combined
• Keep track of records, analysis to interpret data
• Any other itineraries as requested by management

Requirements

• B.Sc, OND or HND in Microbiology with at least 3 years experience in Food and beverage industry
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills.

Salary
N80,000 - N120,000 / month.
