Qualification

• Experience in Telecom or software integration
• At least 2 years experience in project management
• PMP certification is a plus
• Initiative, responsive, confidence, yet supportive and flexible
• Hardworking
• Outstanding leadership
• Fluent in English (speaking & writing)
• Ability to adapt according to the dynamically changing needs and requirement
• Excellent inter-personal, and communication skills
• Good team player, good listener
• Good analytical thinking

Job Description

• Project Management of Software Integration Projects for the Mobile operators
• Gather customer requirements through documents, workshops
• Validate and control scope, manage scope changes
• Ensure quality of deliverables, within costs and time target
• Customer management
• Responsible for the project acceptance by client
• Provide training on solutions
• Manage project resources
• Identify risks and improve team performance
• Track and report project progress consistently
• Support project team to ensure the good working environment
