National Identity Management Commission(NIMC) invitation for Aptitude Tests(www.nimcjobs.com)

Sequel to the the Job vacancy announcement by The National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) in December, 2013(http://www.recentnigerianjobs.com/2012/12/nigeria-identity-management.html), NIMC is hereby inviting/calling qualified candidates for aptitude tests later this week.
Below is a sample text message sent by NIMC.

Dear Applicant,
Please print your exam slip for NIMC jobs from www.nimcjobs.com
Your ARN is: XXXXXXXXXXXX
Also come along with a valid ID to the exam center.

If you received any other text message from a different sender, please disregard it.
If you applied and haven't received any, on the other, please be patient, you could still be invited.
Some say their exam date is Saturday, 23rd February 2013, some say 25th, some say 26th, some say 27th and so on and so forth. Whatever date yours is, just take note of your exam date and venue and try to be punctual.

By the way, some shortlisted candidates have been complaining that the exam center given to them is different from the preferred center they chose during the application. NIMC why?
