• Design and implement strategies to sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals for the company.
• Contact potential client and create rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrers.
• Collect information from clients on their risk profiles in order to offer them proper solution
• Prepare weekly report to head department.

• B.Sc/HND in Marketing or any related courses.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in same capacity with sales and analytical skills.

• Develop and implement integrated marketing awareness for the product and services of the organization.
• Develop marketing plans that will meet the goals of the business while meeting the success metrics.
• Determine marketing positioning based on targeted segments to drive appropriate acquisition, retention, and cross-sell results.
• Ensure integrating and leveraging brand standards across all distribution channels and marketing campaigns across all products and all markets
• Provide training and coaching for the subordinates.

• BSc/HND in Marketing or any related courses.
• Minimum of 4-5 years of working experience in developing and managing integrated marketing plans including budget development and forecasting is required.
• Must be an associate member of CIIN
• Must be able to think creatively and bring innovation to the marketing approach.
