The Company operates through four segments: Personal Care, Foods, Home Care and Refreshment.   Job Title: QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Demonstrated technical competence in the areas of ingredient functionality and food formulation
• He / She is to monitor and check quality in food manufacturing and preservation processes in food Processing
• Experience in testing or commercializing food products at manufacturing plant.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Demonstrated creative problem solving skills
• Ability to communicate technical information
• Ability to learn and operate lab and pilot equipment

SKILLS/PROFICIENCIES :

• Strong technical/analytical skills
• Ability to interact with others in manufacturing, lab, and office environment
• Good time management and multitasking skills Computer skills that include Word, Excel, PowerPoint

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 2 years of Food Product Development experience

EDUCATION:

• B.Sc. Food Science or equivalent

    Job Title: Packaging Supervisor Job Description

• Ensure proper management of the packaging staff;
• Meet with the packaging orders from the management;
• Ensure that the whole packaging process is well organized.
• Implement food safety and sanitation guideline
•  Always monitor the flow of products and make sure that no product falls on the floor or gets stacked over each other on the round tables.

Requirements

• Minimum of a year cognate experience in manufacturing industries;
• Must have a good track record of leadership and organizational skills;
• Must be trustworthy, transparent and disciplined;
• HND/B.Sc. in relevant disciplines.
