Job Title: Nurse
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Assessment:

• Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.

Clinical Procedures:

• Perform clinical tasks such as wound care, intravenous therapy, and other nursing procedures, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety standards.

Documentation & Compliance:

• Maintain accurate patient records, document clinical observations, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

Continuous Improvement:

• Participate in ongoing professional development, training, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinical outcomes.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative staff to coordinate care and support comprehensive treatment plans.

Patient Education & Advocacy:

• Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and post-care procedures while providing emotional support and advocating for patient needs.

Qualifications
Licensure & Certification:

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a current and valid license to practice.

Clinical Skills:

• Proficient in patient assessments, administering medications, wound care, and using healthcare technology. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills are essential.

Interpersonal Skills:

• Excellent communication, empathy, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years in a clinical setting, with experience in patient care and nursing practices. Experience in specialized areas (e.g., critical care, pediatrics) is a plus.
