Job Title: Fleet Manger
Location: Mushin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

Daily Tracking of SRL Owned Trucks.
Maintenance Planning for SRL Trucks & Staff Vehicles.
Spare part Management.
Requisition for required goods and follow-up.
Improving the SRL Own Fleet performance.
Liaising with Vehicle Users & Feedback.
Staff Vehicle Repair & Management.
Yard Management / Workshop Mgmt.
Technical Performance tracking & Development.
Applying the Insurance Claims & Tracking.
Daily reports On Vehicle Usage, Transport vehicle availability as per orders, Dispatch with in timelines, Daily downloading of GPS Report & sharing with inputs.
Submitting the daily expenses and getting approvals.
Tracking of Expenses through approved Budget.
Follow-up with Vehicle Manufacturers for new techs on vehicles.
Training the Drivers & Coordinating.
Liaison with transport Agencies.
Vehicle Documentation.

Qualifications

Minimum educational standard: HND / B.Sc in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Accounting.
Recognized Professional Certification Or MBA in Logistic, Fleet, Supply-chain or Ware house management is a must.

Experience:

Prior experience as a logistics Manager, Fleet Manager or Warehouse manager in manufacturing company is a must.
Minimum Working Experience: 5 Years and Above in in a logistics role, warehouse or store management role.

Job Title: HMC Operator
Location: Mushin, Lagos

Job Definition

You will be responsible for getting all products to various packing machines in the factory.

Job Responsibilities

Ensuring the product (Cheese balls) gets to all packaging machine in operation.
Configuration and installation of frequency inverters (Drive).
Routine maintenance of electrical motors, frequency inverters, IFM distance Lasers (sensors), and all other equipment which controls the HMC system.
Weekly maintenance and supervision of cleaning of the HMC System.
Daily Routine Checklist.
Monitor the operation of the HMC to ensure there is limited or no breakdown time.
proper set up of machines at the beginning of the shift to ensure proper working order.
Proper maintenance and cleaning machines and tools before and after each shift.
Monitor machines during every procedure to ensure optimum running.
Troubleshoot problems during machine operation.
Maintain activity logs and hourly production reports.
Perform safety checks on every machine
Provide relevant information regarding progress to Shift Managers.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum educational standard: Trade Test, SSCE, OND.
Minimum of One (1) year Upwards in similar roles experience majorly in similar industries.

Job Description

Responsible for quality assurance functions and processes.
To carry out monitoring and measurement of QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM processes and to ensure that product which does not conform to the product requirements is identified and controlled to prevent unintended use or delivery.
Ability to carry out calibration and data analysis as when required.
Carry out on-line check of processes and in-coming raw material testing.
Liaising with production department:
- Inspecting output samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions and examining functionality. i.e Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges etc.
- Checking that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures and complying with legal requirements.
- Reviewing blueprints and specifications to compare to produced goods.
- Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes and inputting data into quality database.
- Training the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence
- Proposing improvements to the production process.
- Keeping measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repairs.
- Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards.
- Recommend adjustments to the assembly or production process.
- Inspect, test, or measure materials or products being produced
- Accept or reject finished items.
- Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications.
- Report inspection and test data such as weights, temperatures, grades, moisture content, and quantities inspected.

Qualification / Experience

HND, B.Sc . Degree in relevant field.Experience
More than 2 years experience (from similar industry)
