Rated Cranes and Scaffolding Nigeria Limited is a leading provider of skill development, 3rd party inspection, technical safety training and certified workforce solutions. We have recently built and commissioned a brand-new Confined Space Entry (CSE) simulator & drills station, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) & Fit Testing training bays to meet the needs of our numerous clients in the oil and gas, factories and industrial process plants at our new yard at Ibeju Lekki, Lagos.

Job Title: Operation Manager

Location: Ibeju Lekki, Lagos

Position Summary

• We are recruiting an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee the entire operational workflow across multiple service areas, including training delivery, inspection management, and technical logistics.
• This role requires leadership, strategic planning, and strong field experience in industrial safety, logistics, or engineering services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations including safety training, logistics, inspection, and simulator-based programs
• Develop and implement operational plans, budgets, and KPIs
• Monitor performance of equipment and facility assets, ensuring uptime and service quality
• Provide leadership in resource management, reporting, and client engagement
• Supervise engineering and technical teams, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance
• Interface with clients to ensure quality service delivery and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications and Certifications

• Candidates should possess an HND, BEng, or BSc in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Process or related Engineering disciplines
• Demonstrated experience managing teams, assets, and technical programs
• Knowledge of confined space, LOTO, machine safety, or inspection protocols is preferred
• Applicants must reside within the Ajah to Ibeju-Lekki axis.
• 5–10 years’ experience in operations, field engineering, inspection or industrial safety
• Membership of NSE and COREN registration
