Rated Cranes and Scaffolding Nigeria Limited is a leading provider of skill development, 3rd party inspection, technical safety training and certified workforce solutions. We have recently built and commissioned a brand-new Confined Space Entry (CSE) simulator & drills station, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) & Fit Testing training bays to meet the needs of our numerous clients in the oil and gas, factories and industrial process plants at our new yard at Ibeju Lekki, Lagos

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Engineer

Location: Ibeju Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Summary

• We are seeking a hands-on Operations Engineer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of daily technical operations, including logistics, training support, and inspection services.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of training and inspection projects
• Assist in supervising field work, tool maintenance, and equipment mobilization
• Document operations activities, conduct pre- and post-activity reports
• Coordinate equipment setup and logistics for Confined Space, LOTO, and Technical Training exercises

Required Qualifications and Certifications

• HND, BEng, or BSc in Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, Process or related Engineering fields
• Basic understanding of HSE and technical safety standards in oil & gas, factory, or power plant settings
• Familiarity with Confined Space, LOTO, or PTW operations is a strong advantage.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in operations, industrial maintenance, or inspection
• Member of NSE with COREN registration
