Job Title: Operations Manager, Accounts & Finance
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Description
The Operations Manager, Accounts & Finance will assist the Financial Controller in:

• Financial and management reporting using organization's accounting software
• Handling division's treasury management
• liaising with banking officers, external auditors, tax authorities, and end-users on behalf of the organization
• preparing the annual budget and quarterly projections
• improving divisional business efficiency and internal control processes

Requirements

• The ideal candidate for this role is a passionate, innovative, adaptable, and emotionally intelligent leader with:
• Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in Accounting (minimum of a Second Class Lower-grade preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years' experience at head of operations level of a company, accounting firm or like organization
• Professional certification from Association of Chartered Accountants (ACA) or equivalent proficiency in Sage Evolution and other accounting enterprise resource planning software
• Membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a minimum of 3 years of post- chartered experience
