We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Ikeja GRA, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing Daily Operations: Managing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the organization, ensuring smooth workflow and meeting deadlines.
• Process Optimization: Identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Resource Management: Planning, allocating, and managing resources (e.g., personnel, budget, equipment) to ensure effective operations.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
• Quality Control: Ensuring that products or services meet quality standards and implementing quality control measures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Facilitate communication between departments to resolve challenges and support organizational cohesion.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management.
• Lead or support the implementation of new tools, technologies, or systems to improve operational workflows.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including finance, logistics, and other department.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
• Identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Collaborate with senior management to set and meet business objectives.
• Lead, train, and mentor operational staff to maximize productivity.
• Manage vendor relationships and supply chain logistics.
• Team Leadership: Leading and motivating teams, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work environment.

Salary
N500,000 - N900,000 per month.
