The Food and Beverage Recycling Alliance is a non-profit industry collaboration, fully established in 2018. We are a team of responsible and forward-looking companies united by a shared concern for the environment and commitment to promote the sustainability of our environment through recycling.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsiblities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Aggregation Hub, provide insights for the Company's decision-making to ensure that the the Company functions without operational bottlenecks that can cost valuable time and money.
• Maintain and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Company's collection partners and processes by mapping out strategies, enhancing performance, acquiring resources, and ensuring legal compliance.
• Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures that can affect the Aggregation Hub and Collection Centers.

Academic & Professional Qualifications

• B.Sc or HND in any related field.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in Recycling / Waste Management.
