Duties
In this key role, you'll be the mastermind behind our day-to-day operations, leading a team across sales, customer service, production, quality control, and even marketing. Your focus will be on:

• Driving Sales & Customer Delight: Set the strategy, oversee the sales and customer service team, and ensure every customer interaction builds loyalty.
• Boosting Brand Awareness: Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute strategies that drive sales and enhance our brand reputation.
• Building a Strong Team: Motivate, coach, and develop your team to ensure a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Optimizing Production: Lead the production team, develop efficient schedules, and manage inventory to meet demand while minimizing waste.
• Ensuring Quality & Safety: Implement and enforce the highest food safety and quality control standards throughout production.

To be successful, you'll bring

• A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a similar field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (inventory management software a plus).
• A commitment to exceptional customer service and food safety principles.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced environment (food and beverage industry is plus).
• A proven track record of optimizing operations and maximizing efficiency.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
